🌙 Shipment Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 2 to 4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. This allows us time for careful packing and charging of certain items.
- You will receive another notification, including tracking information, when your order has shipped.
- Order Cutoff Time: Orders placed after 12:00 PM PST on a business day will begin processing the following business day.

- Free Shipping Offer: We offer Free Standard Ground Shipping for all domestic orders over $100.00.
✨ Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) once your order has shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
💔 Damages, Lost Packages, and Issues
- Witchy Metaphysics & Apothecary is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
- Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
- If the tracking shows your package was delivered but you have not received it (stolen/missing package), please notify us immediately at info@witchy.online so we can assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.

- We do ship to P.O. boxes and APO/FPO addresses.
